Making learning personal at McDonald's

When I led McDonald's USA's training organization, job training was naturally a significant portion of our business, but we also delivered more than that. In 2013, we launched a three-year education strategy to give our employees opportunities for personal development. This included helping employees to learn language skills, participate in a fitness plan, start college, or finish earning a degree. Chief Learning Officer profiled the program in a feature article; check out the whole story on CLO's website.
