Lisa Doyle is a partner in Winning Results, LLC, and is passionate about coaching, teaching, and developing the next generation of leaders.  Lisa is an experienced executive with an award-winning record of driving innovative results and architecting enterprise strategies that optimize talent. She is a servant leader recognized for cultivating cultures that are purpose-driven and promote leaders as teachers. Energized by her entrepreneurial spirit, Lisa has built and sustained exceptional training organizations in the public and private sectors.  

Lisa served as Head of Retail Training at Ace Hardware Corporation, where she provided leadership, inspiration, and strategic direction essential for training over 100,000 team members throughout the world (in over 5,000 stores domestically and 60+ countries) to deliver on their brand promise of “being the most helpful hardware store.”

As Vice President of Learning and Development at Lowe's Companies, Lisa led the company’s talent and leadership development strategies for a workforce of over 260,000.  Lisa developed a purpose-driven leadership development strategy focused on engaging employees to deliver a differentiated customer experience and help customers love where they live.

As Chancellor, Lisa built and led a professional academy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to transform how they acquire and manage the supplies and services essential to its vital national mission. Lisa launched the “Warrior to Workforce” program to repatriate disabled veterans into the workforce.

As Executive Director at Acquisition Solutions, Inc., Lisa built a successful training institute and business line devoted to expanding the knowledge, effectiveness and results of the federal acquisition workforce.  Lisa developed an Acquisition Fellows Program dedicated to growing the next generation of professionals.  Lisa created and co-authored Acquisition Solutions’ preeminent executive leadership program to develop and coach seasoned leaders.

Lisa was named Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2011 by CLO Magazine, Inc.  Lisa has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Hood College, is an Editorial Advisory Board member for Chief Learning Officer magazine, a faculty member for Media Tech’s Chief Learning Officer Accelerator Class, a Council for Excellence in Government Fellow, and a Federal Executive Institute Alumna.
